Our gourmet fudge is assembled using only pure, fresh, all-natural ingredients. From Pennsylvania's finest cream to chocolate from Belgium and Madagascar for vanilla, whether it's around the corner or around the world, we use only the best. All of our fudge is cooked in small 50 pound batches which is the only true way to create the natural flavor profile of fudge. Slowly cooked in copper kettles over an open flame, our ingredients are gently blended and hand-stirred with maple wood paddles and meticulously watched by our staff of artisan fudge makers.

We use approximately 30% less sugar than other manufacturers of fudge, giving our fudge a creamy smooth texture. We use only premium cocoa beans which gives our fudge its rich taste.

The History of our Fudge

It began in 1983, while our founder was a college student and health fanatic. As he traveled the country lecturing on weight loss, weight gain and healthy living, he quickly became aware of peoples passion for sweets. This began his quest to create a all natural, low sugar, super premium fudge recipe. The quest took six years of his life and consumed every penny he had. After 2,000 plus failures, he was finally able to create the perfect fudge in 1989. That formula is heralded as the greatest fudge formula ever created and is a protected trade secret. The fudge has been featured in the White House, QVC, NBC and many others! Now, over 10 million pounds have been produced and sold!
